The film is based on Fikrimin Ince Gulu, a novel by Adalet Agaoglu, which features a first-generation Gurbetci/migrant worker returning home. It covers his land journey in short bursts from Germany to Turkey’s western border – and from there at length to his village near Ankara – Turkey’s capital. He begins his journey by buying a used yellow Mercedes – possibly his first car – and uses his meager savings as a laborer. Offers deep insight into the thoughts of a working man Bayram (Ilyas Salman) making his first journey home, drawing on flashbacks to explore Bayram’s motivations and experiences from his childhood to the events leading up to his first departure from Turkey for Germany , to highlight.

You won’t find Mercedes mon Amour on HBO Max. But if you are still interested in the service, it costs $14.99 per month, which gives you full access to the entire vault and is also ad-free, or $9.99 per month with ads. However, the yearly versions for both are cheaper, with the ad-free plan costing $150 and the ad-supported plan costing $100.
Unfortunately, Mercedes mon Amour is not available to stream for free on Amazon Prime Video. However, you can choose other shows and movies to watch from there as there is a wide variety of shows and movies to choose from for $14.99 per month.
Mercedes mon Amour is not available to view on Peacock at the time of writing. Peacock offers a subscription that costs $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year for a premium account. Like its namesake, the streaming platform is free, but content is limited.
Mercedes mon Amour is not on Paramount Plus. Paramount Plus has two subscription options: the basic version of the ad-supported Paramount+ Essential service costs $4.99 per month and an ad-free premium plan costs $9.99 per month.
