Needham, Mass. – Tripadvisor, the world’s largest travel advice platform, today announced the next award in its community-supported Travelers’ Choice® Awards series: Best of the Best Restaurants 2022. This year’s award-winning restaurants spanned six continents and 51 countries. Global labor challenges and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions continued to limit restaurant capacity in some markets – for example, some Asian countries were closed to international tourists for most of the data analysis period. Still, foodies around the world enjoyed the food and left millions of reviews on Tripadvisor documenting their experiences.

The World’s No. 1 Fine Dining Restaurant for 2022 is The old stamp house restaurant in Ambleside, UK. The two brother-run Old Stamp House, which takes first place for the second year running, is revered for its intimate, unique setting and tasting menu.
