It’s no surprise that people are looking for better value for money in other parts of the country. And now, a recent study has identified the most affordable location for those looking to relocate.
A study conducted by property loan experts Buzz Capital looked at average wages and house prices for 50 cities across England.

They crowned Carlisle as the cheapest location for those looking to move, with an average house price of £143,958.
However, Bradford came in second at £143,960 with the smallest gap between property costs and average salary (£31,700 a year).
