This is cupid! While celebrating their recent engagement in Europe, summer house‘s Carl Radke and Lindsay Hubbard visited Verona, Italy – also known as the city of love – but they weren’t total alone on the romantic getaway. Joining the happy couple was a guy summer house Cast member Andrea Denver.
If you haven’t clicked through the carousel of 10 vacation photos Lindsay shared on September 16th, you might even have thought that it’s just her and Andrea traveling together since they’re the only two in the first shot. But a subsequent image shows Andrea strolling down the street with his girlfriend Lexi, and finally, in the sixth slide, Carl appears in a mirror selfie with his fiancée. Apart from sights like Juliet’s Balcony from Shakespeare Romeo and Julietthe summer house Couples had a double date of sorts to snag the obligatory gelato.
That wasn’t their only group outing, however. A day earlier, Carl had shared several photos of the foursome from a decadent Italian meal they shared together. He captioned the September 15 post “Verona la città dell’amore” (which translates to “Verona, the city of love”) and Andrea commented with several spaghetti emojis.
However, Carl and Lindsay, who began their European holiday in London, were given plenty of time together as they continued their post-engagement short break as a duo. Lindsay documented a “magical day” together on her Instagram Stories, sharing photos and videos of a grueling couple’s hike in Vernazza, followed by more culinary delights, including pesto pizza focaccia and pistachio croissants, which they enjoyed at a swimming area in the town square , as well as more gelato.
To top off the day, they made last minute plans to attend a Spezia soccer game. “What. An. Adventure!!!” She captioned one of her IG stories after covering a total of 10.1 miles.
Another adventure the engaged couple will soon embark on? Carl and Lindsay drive back to Stowe, Vermont to stop by winter house Season 2, which premieres Thursday, October 13 with a supersize episode. The new season’s first look teases her return to address “unresolved conversations” — while dodging new drama. See more in the preview video.
