Preston North End flop ‘aiming’ for World Cup call-up

Preston North End clinched their first win in three games last night as they narrowly beat Huddersfield Town. A second-half goal from Greg Cunningham was the only difference between the two sides.

Next up is the West Lancashire Derby while Preston makes the short trip to Blackpool. Ryan Lowe’s side won 1-0 in their last meeting in May, with Cameron Archer scoring the winning goal.
