Capital Airport Reopens International Terminals Today: According to BRTV, Beijing Capital International has reopened more terminals to International flights, with flights arriving at Terminal 2 and Terminal 3-E around 10:30am today, January 8th.

International arrivals have been entering Beijing via Terminal 3-D since March 10, 2020. The terminal openings coincide with China’s lifting of the mandatory quarantine for inbound passengers and scaling back the virus management, which is happening again today.

Countries With Covid Testing Rules For Those From China: As of press date, 15 countries currently have Covid testing requirements or travel restrictions for air travelers from China.

South Korea – Evidence of a negative PCR test result within 48 hours prior to departure or antigen self-test result within 24 hours prior to departure. All passengers must pass the PCR test again after arriving in the country.

Unless otherwise noted, all above countries require negative test results from those from mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, and Macau SAR.

*Requirements are for those entering the US via Incheon International Airport (Seoul, South Korea), Toronto International Airport and Vancouver International Airport (both in Canada) and within ten years, to mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, or Macao SAR.
