Today the Princess Culinary Arts team is led by Chef Rudy Sodamunveiled the Princess Cruise Culinary Collection of Holiday Menus, a new range of inspired dishes available in main dining areas across the fleet, from a five-course Thanksgiving feast to meaningful and fun Hanukkah dishes and delicious Christmas dishes from around the world in the world and finally a sparkling New Year’s Eve gala menu.

During the Thanksgiving holiday, Princess will offer dozens of cruises to ports of call around the world. No matter where you happen to be on your itinerary, every ship honors the American Thanksgiving holiday 11/24 upscale – with festive fall decorations and Thanksgiving-inspired activities with outdoor big-screen football coverage. The centerpiece of Princess Cruise’s Thanksgiving celebration will, of course, be the lavish Thanksgiving feast.

The four-course Thanksgiving menu offers a choice of five entrees. Of course, there will be succulent whole roast turkey served with apple and sage dressing, offal gravy and the rest of the traditional American Thanksgiving toppings like caramelized sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts and whole cranberry sauce. Vegetarians will appreciate the offerings of homemade potato gnocchi with roasted butternut squash and sage in a light champagne parmesan cream or the grilled vegetable mille-feuille with roasted pepper sauce. The other appetizers on offer are a combination of grilled jumbo shrimp and seared scallops with tomato and caper beurre blanc and celebratory pineapple glazed ham studded with cloves, served in a pineapple and bourbon sauce with mashed yams.
