JetBlue’s Signature ‘Swing for Good’ Fundraising Campaign Returns with Launch of ‘Bid for Good’, Together Raising Over $8 Million for Charitable Partners Since 2008

NEW YORK, NY / ACCESSWIRE / October 17, 2022 / JetBlue (NASDAQ:JBLU) today announced the successful return of its annual Swing for Good fundraiser and the launch of its Bid for Good online auction. Since its launch in 2008, the airline’s fundraising initiative has raised over $8 million through its Golf Classics and online auction to support and promote JetBlue’s roster of nonprofits. Proceeds from this year’s campaign will directly benefit World Central Kitchen and the JetBlue Foundation.

Swing for Good 2022 charitable recipients include:

World Central Kitchen, founded in 2010 by Chef José Andrés, is a non-profit organization pioneering the frontline delivery of fresh meals in response to crises while working to build resilient food systems with locally-led solutions. By applying a model of acting quickly, leveraging local resources and adapting in real time, WCK has served more than 200 million nutritious meals around the world.
