Houston EB5, in partnership with 3INVEST, has unveiled its multipurpose development and investment opportunity in Texas Hill and Wine Country, USA. Known as The Frederick, the project consists of a 200-room luxury hotel and full-service event center, one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums, 220 multi-family units for rent and nearly 30,000 square feet of retail space.
Located in Fredericksburg, between Austin and San Antonio, the state’s two fastest growing cities, the area hosts over 1.2 million tourists annually and is regularly named a top travel destination.
The development has received the EB5 processing priority designation, which ensures the fastest possible processing times in the EB5 program. In addition, the project is designated as a rural project, allowing for a minimum investment of $800,000 and 20 percent visa for rural Targeted Employment Area (TEA) projects versus 10 percent for urban TEA projects.

The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program saw significant changes in 2022 with the passage of the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act (RIA) in March 2022. The new law includes significant protection and transparency measures in favor of EB5 investors and provides priority processing for investors investing in projects outside of metropolitan areas.
The project is certified as an EB-5 Regional Center by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Houston EB5 helps international investors gain permanent residency in the United States in exchange for a qualifying real estate investment.
