Your travel plans to Indonesia will soon become a reality as applying for a visa to the nation becomes a much smoother process. On Monday (September 19), VFS Global announced that it had reached an exclusive agreement with TLP, the Republic of Indonesia Immigration Service and Bank Mandiri. This agreement aims to provide international passengers with online prepayment of fees, quick access and concierge services upon arrival in Jakarta. This happens for passengers from 75 countries, including India.

Indonesia visa gets fast track option, online fee payment
Indonesia, especially the island of Bali, is a popular tourist destination for its beaches, sunsets, and more. Regarding the smoother visa process, VFS Global said in a statement, “Citizens of the 75 eligible countries can apply for their Indonesia visa on arrival through VFS Global by submitting their documents and paying the fees online beforehand at www.indonesiavoa.vfsevisa.id pay for their trip. A confirmation will be sent to the registered email id and the pre-processed visa will be stamped upon arrival. Because the payment was made online, the process on arrival is reduced to visa stamping, which can be done at the designated fast-track visa immigration lanes on arrival,” he writes Indian times.

How to use the Visa on Arrival service
Here is the process to claim visa on arrival:
- Login to the site and submit all required documents
- Pay the visa fees upon arrival
- Wait for the confirmation email sent to your registered email id.
- When you land in Jakarta, visit the fast track, show the confirmation email and get your visa stamped.

There are two services to get this visa – Standard for applications submitted at least 72 hours before departure and Express for applications submitted 24 hours before departure.
