A founding member of European Waterways’ extensive fleet of luxury hotel ships, the eight-passenger hotel ship Anjodi has been cruising the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Canal du Midi for more than 40 years. It’s the ‘celebrity’ of the fleet that has promoted one of Europe’s most popular chefs, Rick Stein, throughout his memorable French Odyssey series, in which he explores French cuisine.
