Since 2004, Cofocothe Copenhagen Food Collective, is the creative force behind the Danish capital’s famous restaurant Coco hotel. Coco Hotel was conceived by Cofoco, whose approach to quality, style and sustainability is embraced by locals and visitors alike. The property is best described as a small Parisian-style hotel curated with a Copenhagen sense of space and time. The interior is a bespoke blend of modern and classic, vintage and new.
Copenhagen was once again named one of the “Friendliest Cities in the World” by Conde Nast Traveler this year. Travel & Leisure has named Coco Hotel the “Best Hotel in Copenhagen for 2022”. host is the Danish word for harvest. As the name suggests, great Nordic ingredients and seasonal vegetables set the agenda at Høst – served with a sense of the rustic and elegant and always with great taste.
On Sankt Peders Stræde in the middle of Copenhagen’s old Latin Quarter you will find Vækst. Gastronomically, Vækst is based on fresh Nordic vegetables and herbs, but we still enjoy great steak, seafood and fresh fish.

Spuntino is like gathering family or a group of close friends around a table in an Italian backyard on a warm summer evening. It all started in the bright basement restaurant in the heart of Vesterbro in 2004 and Restaurant Cofoco continues to be unique in our range of dining options. Both the food and the decor are full of contrasts; the rustic and the elegant, the simple and the complex. Scarpetta Rantzausgade and Scarpetta Islands Brygge are modern and authentic restaurants. This means they base their dishes on classic Italian tastes and we’re always on the lookout for Italian ingredients that represent sides of Italy that most Copenhageners might not know.
Jah Izakaya & Sake Bar wants to broaden the culinary horizons in Copenhagen with real Japanese izakaya cuisine. Jah Izakaya & Sake Bar is also Copenhagen’s first real sake bar, with a wide range of classic sake as well as the wilder and unfiltered “natural sake”.
lama is one of the first restaurants in the region to draw on the flavors of the Latin American continent. When Italians sit down in an osteria, they expect a quick, honest and simple meal made from local produce and served with a carafe of good wine. It’s the same with vespa, our cozy and warm osteria in the middle of old Copenhagen. Menus are short, food served on platters and in small bowls for sharing.

With its green courtyard and relaxed atmosphere Cafe Coco, at Coco Hotel offers an attractive and chic oasis in the heart of Vesterbro. Café Coco serves croissants and freshly brewed organic coffee and tea in the morning, light dishes and snacks from dinner, as well as selected organic and natural wines, beers, drinks and cocktails.
