Members simply need to link their British Airways Executive Club and Uber accounts to earn one Avios for every £1 spent on any journey, whether by car, bus or train, as long as it’s booked on the Uber app in the UK. .
To celebrate the partnership, 250 bonus Avios will be awarded to members who link their Executive Club and Uber accounts through the Uber app.

Andrew Brem, Managing Director of Uber UK, said: “We are excited to help Uber users collect Avios on every journey they take. So day trips like commuting or going to the shops help you get somewhere a little more exotic with British Airways.”
Avios is a global loyalty currency used by airlines such as British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus, Vueling and Qatar Airways.
Avios can be used as a partial payment for Award Flights where British Airways guarantees a minimum of 14 Award Seats per long haul flight and 12 Award Seats per short haul to and from London Heathrow and London Gatwick.
Members can fly for £1 and 18,500 Avios, which is enough for an off-peak economy return flight to over 40 destinations in Europe.

All British Airways Executive Club Members will be able to collect Avios through the Uber App until the end of November 2022.
