BNI is back to accelerate the use of battery-based electric vehicles (KBLBB) in Indonesia by building a public electric vehicle charging station (SPKLU) in Crea Nusa Dua, Badung, Bali. The SPKLU was inaugurated together with a new BNI outlet with a digital and an iconic tourism theme.
Previously, with the support of the state electricity company PLN, BNI became the first banking institution to operate two SPKLU partnership schemes. They both work in Jakarta.
The schemes were part of a partnership agreement between BNI and PLN on April 26 regarding the infrastructure provision of SPKLU in areas where BNI operates.
The inauguration was attended by PLN Director of Distribution Adi Priyanto, BNI President Director Royke Tumelaar, BNI Consumer Bank Director Corina Leyla Karnalies, BNI Director of Network and Services Ronny Venir and BNI Digital Business Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) Rian Kaslan. as officials of related agencies in Bali on Friday.
Royke said that BNI, as an agent of development as well as an agent of services, had a social responsibility to synergize with the regional government of Bali Province and Badung Regency to build up the economy in Bali.
In addition, the strategic path also aimed to develop Nusa Dua as the host of this year’s G20 summit, which will be held on the 15th-16th. November in Bali.

With the inauguration of BNI Digital Channel – KCP Crea Nusa Dua, Royke continued, the company would certainly bring a new spirit to improve the quality of service to the community.
“The presence of these digital outlets can strengthen the foundations of the economy, making them more skilled and competitive, especially to encourage micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) through the distribution of capital loans,” he added .
