Based on how each location scores for the number of luxury Airbnbs available (per number of visitors), average cost per night, and percentage of available accommodations that offer guests a private pool, jacuzzi, gym, and beachfront location, the winner goes towards 2023 St. Barth’s in the Caribbean.

“St. Barth’s may be a special place with few visitors compared to other destinations, but based on visitor numbers, there are a number of luxury Airbnb accommodation options available (about 2,202 per 10,000 visitors),” writes the My Jet team in Comparison.

Belize It finished second for being one of the cheapest places for a luxury vacation. On average, Airbnb guests would only need to pay $983 per night to stay in paradise. Moreover, literally every guest is guaranteed to have a wonderful view!

“100% of Luxe Airbnbs in San Pedro, Belize have a pool, hot tub and are beachfront. However, it can be argued that Belizens do not believe that anyone should spend their time exercising when staying in such a luxurious place, with none of the luxury Airbnbs having gyms,” the researchers write.

On average, however, you’ll find the most expensive accommodations in Antigua and Barbuda, paying around $13,000 per night for a luxury stay.
