(10/20/22) Bamboo Airways has partnered with Amadeus as the Vietnamese airline seeks to improve operations.
The airline, part of FLC Group, will implement Amadeus Alta PSS as well as other solutions to improve revenue management and the digital experience.
The Alta PSS will enable Bamboo Airways to provide a more efficient reservations service to front-line staff who help customers purchase, change and use airline services.

Bamboo Airways will also implement the Amadeus Network revenue management solution, which is equipped with artificial intelligence capabilities.
The technology will allow the airline to increase revenue across its network as it builds routes through connection hubs, codeshares and other partnerships.
Thanks to sophisticated algorithms, it will also enable live data and customer selection modelling, ensuring Bamboo Airways can efficiently forecast passenger demand and willingness to pay while helping to respond quickly to changing market conditions.
In addition, the airline will implement a modern front-end solution, Amadeus Reference Experience, for booking, self-service check-in and self-reaccommodation workflows.
The technology will enable the airline to create a seamless customer experience across the Bamboo Airways website and other digital channels. The solution features a customizable user interface built on top of the Digital Experience Suite’s orchestration engines, allowing the airline to design their online experience with built-in configuration options.
