If you’re a beer drinker and a dog lover, you must appreciate how Anheuser-Busch takes care of you. You both. This holiday season, Makrobrauerei is bringing people and their four-legged friends together through the power of canned beverages.

CNN reports that Busch has launched a “Turkey Brew” beer specially made for dogs. The dog beer is non-alcoholic and is made from all-natural, fresh ingredients such as turkey broth, sweet potatoes, sweet basil, ginger, turmeric and peppermint leaves. It sounds like the recipe for leftover Thanksgiving turkey soup.

This isn’t the first time the beer brand has entered the dog market. In 2020, Busch launched its first-ever “Dog Brew,” made with pork bone broth. The first run sold out within 24 hours, according to the company, but is currently available on Anheuser-Busch’s retail site.

10 Dog Breeds Most Likely To Beg For Food At The Table

But dogs begging at or just under the table can get really annoying. Especially if you have guests who are not used to hungry dogs drooling down your leg just for a bite.

British news source Fife Today shared two main ways you can actually retrain your dog from begging for food at the table. One is to just never feed them off the table again. Even one instance can mess up a dog’s expectations. Another option is to tell them to lie down in another room before you start eating. With both, as with most dog training, you need to be consistent or it won’t last.
