Accor, a leading global hotel group, is expanding its presence in the Saudi capital with the signing of a 170-room apartment, the first-ever Novotel Living in Riyadh. The new building is scheduled to open in 2026.
The group, with over 420 hotels in India, Middle East, Africa and Turkey, continues to expand its partnership with Al Raya Estate Group, a pioneer in real estate development and investment in Kuwait and GCC, with whom Accor will open Swissotel In Live in Jeddah shortly.
Accor currently operates 40 hotels in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (15,173 rooms) with 33 more hotels (7,549 rooms) in the pipeline.
Second serviced apartments project

Unique interior concept
With the unique interior concept designed by the Sundykovy sisters, Novotel Living Riyadh will be a mix of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments, a main restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, a clubhouse and a Grab & Go concept for meetings offer rooms, fitness center and swimming pool.
