Accor has launched the sale of gift cards for stays at participating hotels in the UK and Germany.
Accor Live Limitless (ALL) members can purchase GBP and EUR gift cards with a 20% bonus loaded until 28 November 2022.
Please note that GBP gift cards are valid for 12 months and EUR gift cards in Germany are valid for three years.
You can access the list of participating hotels in the UK (access here) and Germany (access here).
You can’t use gift cards for prepaid fares, so they work best for Best Flexible bookings.
I have no personal experience using Accor gift cards and how well the hotels sell with them.

How do I pay for an ALL gift card?
Ordering a gift card is simple! Make your purchase online using our secure order form. We accept the following selected payment methods: Visa and MasterCard.
In what amounts are all gift cards available? Can I buy multiple gift cards at a time?
All gift cards can be purchased for any amount with a minimum of £20 and a maximum of £250. You can order several gift cards in one transaction.
Can I order an ALL gift card and receive it directly for a friend or family member?
Yes, in the shipping details section, you can enter your friend’s email address to receive the PDF ALL Gift Card directly. The system will send a confirmation email to the buyer and another email with a gift card in PDF format to the recipient of the gift card immediately. If you prefer to send the gift card Later, you can enter your own email address in the shipping details section so you can print and give to your loved one whenever you want.
Can I write a personal message on the ALL gift card?
Yes, you can write a personal message on the ALL gift card. Please fill in the designated box on the form when purchasing a gift card.
What if I didn’t receive the gift card and/or confirmation of my purchase?
Most emails automatically filter emails and your ALL gift card can sometimes go straight to spam. Sometimes a gift card is also interpreted as a marketing email and classified accordingly. In case you have not received your ALL gift card confirmation or email, please check your spam and junk folder. Am I guaranteed to get the dates and accommodation I want?
Bookings at the participating hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking. Room assignments fill up quickly during special events, school vacations, holidays and weekends, and it cannot be guaranteed that an assigned room will be available at every participating hotel or on days a customer may prefer.
Can I use my ALL Gift Card in Asia, Europe, Africa or America?
Is there anything I can’t use my ALL Gift Card for?
Do I need to print my ALL gift card to redeem it or can I show the card on my mobile device?
It’s up to you! You can view the printed version of the Gift Card PDF you received or view the Gift Card PDF on your mobile device. You can also redeem your gift card by showing your gift card number.
Can I redeem the ALL gift card in several parts?
Yes, you can redeem your gift card amount all at once or partially. Please mention this to the hotel when making your reservation. The ALL gift card can be used multiple times at multiple properties within the validity period until the balance reaches zero.
How can I check the ALL gift card balance?
